What does firefighting mean to me?
What firefighting means to me: Service to my community. We are teaching our kids to be selfless and to help the community during their hardest times.
It’s about showing up on someone’s worst day and doing everything I can to help. It teaches teamwork, builds trust, and pushes me to grow stronger in every way.
Volunteer firefighting is more than just answering calls; it’s about service, sacrifice, and standing up for our community. I also love enjoying the company of the public while fundraising.
