Ivanhoe VFD is accepting new volunteers. No experience necessary — we provide the gear, the training, and the team. If you are ready to serve Ivanhoe, Hillister, and the surrounding communities, come meet us any Monday at 6:30 PM (except holidays) and talk with us about joining.

A full pallet of drinking water was donated to the Ivanhoe Volunteer Fire Department through a grant from the National Volunteer Fire Council, in partnership with Anheuser-Busch. That water goes straight to our crews — on the fire ground, at training, and through long Texas summers. We are grateful to both for standing behind volunteer firefighters.
